  My 68 year old father who is on a pension so minimal money went into this left wing supermarket with its unsatisfactory staff to purchase Optus credit among a few other items to be sold Telstra credit. He returned home to find this mistake then, walked as he did there all the way back to let the staff know. The checkout operator (Krystal) had gone home for the day and the supervisor (Patrick) told him because he had left the store and had been an hour and half there was nothing they could do. He walked all the way home and all the way back to let the staff know and as a customer service representative there was nothing you could do. Is it not your job to provide the upmost best customer service you can as part of a big brand company. I then asked to speak to the duty Manager(Maureen) to whom I explained about the mishap but, miss know it all responded and blatantly lied to me and said she spoke to the the checkout operator (krystal who had gone home) and that my father is in the wrong and continued to try tell me about the policy of credit. We are well aware of the policy and I strongly believe these people discriminated against my father because of his Rastafarian look. Yet to talk to store manager. NOT HAPPY!
